New and modern apartment good for a holiday. Well equipped kitchen and decent location. Pool area is very relaxed and sunbeds did not to be reserved early in the morning. Walking distance from a supermarket and wireless internet was working well. Overall very nice stay.

To much noise could be heard from other apartments (flushing of toilets and etc.) and when people were talking outside of the apartments (waiting for elevators) it could get very loud, specially when young people were coming home early in the morning. For a family with sleeping children that was not optimal but of course this is an apartment building and you'll never know what neighbours you'll get.

The location of the appartment was very good as benidorm is very lively easy walking to the main part staff very friendly and helpfull . the only thing you cant see the sea unless you very high up but we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stop again at this hotel

The only comment was there could be a dishwasher instead of a washing machine for clothes

The weather, quality of the hotel finish and the pool.

Maybe could do with a poolside bar / cafe

The rooms were very clean, the security guard was really helpful & it was a great price for a hen weekend. It was also nice & close to all the bars. We booked 4 rooms and they were all on one floor which made keeping our group together much easier

When we arrived we were told each room has a 200 euro deposit needed, we weren't advised this earlier & not everyone had cards with them to use for the deposit. A couple of the desk staff were rude but they were very busy so probably understandable!

Very impressed with accommodation. Despite being warned about door bells being rung and doors being knocked at all hours it was all peace and quiet for all of our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here, we certainly will again!!

The location was perfect and although the building is nothing to look at from the outside the rooms are surprisingly modern and spacious. The pool area is not great mainly due to surface around the pool being grass which quickly turns to mud with people coming in and out of the pool. There is a life guard on duty who did a tremendous job during our stay, he had his work cut out for him at one stage with approximately 60 people round the pool most of them drinking. The kitchen in the apartment is very well stocked and there is a large balcony. Bedroom a little bit on the small side but definately worth the money for the apartment. We rented 2 apartments as although there is enough room for 4 people there definately is not enough storage.... particularly when all girls!! This is a brilliant place to stay for a group of friends, perhaps not so much for families although I wouldn't go to Benidorm for a family holiday in the first place.

Check in time 5pm way to late, check out time 10am way to early, pool facilities good, kitchen basic no kettle and a few english channels on the tv would be good.

The check in and check out times were very bad. If you stayed for 1 night you would be in the room for a total of 17 hours I always though there was 24 hours in a day!!

The view from our room was fantastic. Apartment was very spacious and well-conditioned. In te kitchen we had everything we needed. Also we enjoyed the swimming pool!

The was no washing mashine in the room, only for extra pay. Wi Fi was pretty expensive too. Also the couch wasn't too comfortable. A bit too far to the sea, but not too bad.

The attitude of staff when we were checking in was unhelpful. They were unorganised and very dismissive.
